(a)Repealed by Laws 1988, ch. 42, § 2.
(b)The garnishee may deliver to the officer serving the
writ the property belonging to and the money due to the
defendant as shown by the answer of the garnishee. The officer
shall return the property, money and the writ to the court. The
property shall then be dealt with as ordered by the court.
After the property is delivered, the garnishee shall be relieved
from further liability in the proceedings, unless his answer is
successfully controverted as provided in this article.
