Text
A party may commence an action upon an obligation before it is
due and have an attachment against the property of the debtor
upon any one (1) or more of the grounds set forth in W.S.
1-15-201(b)(iv)(D) through (F). The property attached, or its
proceeds, shall be held subject to the judgment to be rendered,
but no judgment shall be rendered on the claim until the
obligation becomes due.
