§ 1-15-210 — Release of attachment upon real property
If the plaintiff does not recover judgment or an order is made
discharging or releasing an attachment upon real property, a
certified copy of the judgment or order shall be filed and
indexed in the office of the county clerk in which the notice of
attachment has been filed.
