Text
(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
commissioner may enforce the provisions of this act by informal
actions such as board resolutions, letter agreements, memoranda
of understanding or supervisory agreements.
(b)Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the
commissioner may enter into an agreement and take action with
the appropriate federal regulatory agency to enforce jointly all
federal and state laws applicable to Wyoming financial
institutions and bank holding companies.
