(a)Repealed by Laws 1985, ch. 162, § 2.
(b)Any officer or director of a financial institution who
participates in a fraudulent insolvency of a financial
institution is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of
not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one
thousand dollars ($1,000.00), imprisonment for not less than one
(1)month nor more than one (1) year, or both.
