§ 13-10-101 — General penalty
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 10 CRIMES, OFFENSES AND PENALTIES·Art. 1 MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES
Any officer, director, owner or employee of a financial
institution who willfully and knowingly violates any provision
of this act for which a penalty is not expressly provided is
guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than
one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars
($1,000.00), imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, or
both.
