§ 13-10-112 — Prosecution of criminal violations
Wyoming·Title 13 Banks, Banking and Finance·Ch. 10 CRIMES, OFFENSES AND PENALTIES·Art. 1 MISCELLANEOUS OFFENSES
The district attorney for the county where a criminal violation
of this act occurs shall prosecute the case upon complaint of
the commissioner.
