§ 23-1-303 — Promulgation of orders; closing of hunting areas; promulgation of rules
Wyoming·Title 23 Game and Fish·Ch. 1 ADMINISTRATION·Art. 3 GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE COMMISSION
(a)All orders of the commission shall be written and the
original signed by the presiding officer of the commission.
Copies of the orders shall be signed by facsimile signature of
the presiding officer of the commission.
(b)All persons authorized to sell licenses and tags shall
deliver upon request a copy of the order to each purchaser of a
license or tag.
(c)When any commission order closes any area of land,
lake, or stream from hunting or fishing, a concise description
of the area, lake, or stream closed shall be posted in the
manner and place determined by the commission to be adequate
notice of the closure.
(d)Repealed by Laws 1989, ch. 200, § 2.
(e)Rules and regulations of the commission and department
shall be promulgated in accordance with the provisions of the
Wyoming Administ
