Text
(a)The commission shall have its principal office at
Cheyenne. The members of the commission shall meet during March
of each year for election of officers. Those elected shall hold
office for one (1) year or until their successors are chosen.
Other meetings of the commission may be held at such times and
places as the commission deems desirable or necessary. Unless
waived by all commissioners, the members of the commission shall
be notified of the time and place of meetings by written notice.
(b)A majority of the commission constitutes a quorum to
transact business. The presiding officer of the commission has
the authority to maintain order in all meetings.
