Text
(a)Upon receiving the order of the court pursuant to W.S.
18-1-319 the board of county commissioners of the new county
shall issue and deliver warrants to the commissioners of the
original county or counties.
(b)Each year the board of county commissioners of the new
county shall levy a sufficient tax upon all the taxable property
in the county to pay its proportionate share of the
indebtedness.
