§ 18-1-312 — Payment of expenses in organization of new county
Expenses incurred in the organization of the new county and
expenses incurred on behalf of the new county before the elected
county commissioners assume office shall be audited and paid by
the board of commissioners of the new county in the same manner
as expenses incurred after organization.
