Text
The expenses for the special election provided by W.S.
18-1-306(a)(iii) shall be borne by the proposed new county and
the county commissioners of the county or counties from which
the new county is to be formed may impose a special levy upon
the taxable property within the boundaries of the proposed new
county to pay for the expenses of the election and to pay the
salaries of the appointed commissioners and clerk. The appointed
commissioners and clerk in the proposed new county shall each
receive a salary of fifty dollars ($50.00).
