Text
The commissioners shall as soon as practicable after receiving
notice of their appointment meet at a suitable place within the
proposed new county and each commissioner shall take and
subscribe before any officer authorized to administer oaths an
oath that he will faithfully and impartially discharge the
duties of his office as prescribed by law and also the oath
required of county commissioners.
