Text
On the first Monday of January following the election or as soon
thereafter as possible, the county and precinct officers elected
in the new county shall qualify and enter upon their respective
duties. When at least two (2) county commissioners elected have
qualified and entered upon their duties the county is organized
and is vested with all the powers of an organized county.
