Text
(a)The court to which the report is made shall
immediately notify the chairman of the board of county
commissioners of the new county of the time and place when the
report will be heard and considered by the court.
(b)All counties interested in the report shall have an
opportunity to be heard and the hearing may be adjourned from
time to time at the discretion of the court.
