§ 1-15-101 — Applicability
(a)This chapter shall apply to and govern:
(i)Attachment, replevin and garnishment proceedings
in all district courts and circuit courts of this state;
(ii)Post judgment garnishment in small claims
proceedings as provided by W.S. 1-21-205.
