§ 4009 — Resignation of agent for service of process
Vermont·Title 11 Title 11: Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 25 Chapter 025: Limited Liability Companies
To resign as an agent for service of process of a limited liability company or foreign limited liability company, the agent shall deliver to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of resignation pursuant to section 1655 of this title.
