Text
(a)A limited liability company or foreign limited liability company may change its designated office by delivering to the Secretary of State for filing a statement of change that sets forth its current designated office information and any change to the information.
(b)A limited liability company or foreign limited liability company shall change its agent for service of process, or the agent’s email or address information, by delivering to the Secretary for filing a statement of change pursuant to section 1655 of this title.
