§ 4007 — Designated office and agent
Vermont·Title 11 Title 11: Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 25 Chapter 025: Limited Liability Companies
A limited liability company and a foreign limited liability company authorized to do business in this State shall designate and continuously maintain:
(1)a designated office for notification purposes, which may but need not be a place of its business, and may but need not be located in this State; and
(2)an agent for service of process pursuant to section 1655 of this title.
