§ 4006 — Reserved name
Vermont·Title 11 Title 11: Corporations, Partnerships and Associations·Ch. 25 Chapter 025: Limited Liability Companies
A person may reserve the exclusive use of a business name by delivering an application to the Secretary of State for filing pursuant to section 1652 of this title.
