Sec. 102.002. DISPUTE RESOLUTION THROUGH ARBITRATION.

(a)An employer and employees may submit a dispute or grievance resulting from the employer's and employees' work relationship to a board for a hearing and determination.
(b)An arbitration may not be conducted under this chapter without the consent of all parties involved in the dispute or grievance. SUBCHAPTER B. SELECTION OF BOARD AND OFFICERS
