Sec. 102.002. DISPUTE RESOLUTION THROUGH ARBITRATION.
(a)An employer and employees may submit a dispute or grievance resulting from the employer's and employees' work relationship to a board for a hearing and determination.
(b)An arbitration may not be conducted under this chapter without the consent of all parties involved in the dispute or grievance.
