§ 37-5-102 — Scope.

South Carolina·Title 37 CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE·Ch. 5 REMEDIES AND PENALTIES
This part applies to actions or other proceedings to enforce rights arising from consumer credit sales, consumer leases, consumer loans, and consumer rental-purchase agreements; and, in addition, to extortionate extensions of credit (Section 37-5-107) and other transactions governed by this title.
