ARTICLE 10 South Carolina Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Act Editor's Note 2005 Act No. 10, SECTION 6.A, provides: "The General Assembly recognizes that the practice of cardiovascular invasive specialists is potentially harmful to the public in that the public does not have an adequate method to verify the qualifications of those persons who hold themselves out as qualified to practice."
