§ 33-31-612 — Member's liability to third parties.

South Carolina·Title 33 CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 31 SOUTH CAROLINA NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT
A member of a corporation is not, as such, personally liable for the acts, debts, liabilities, or obligations of the corporation.
