§ 33-31-505 — Notice of Change of Principal Office.

South Carolina·Title 33 CORPORATIONS, PARTNERSHIPS AND ASSOCIATIONS·Ch. 31 SOUTH CAROLINA NONPROFIT CORPORATION ACT

If a corporation changes the location of its principal office, the corporation within thirty days shall file a Notice of Change of Principal Office with the Secretary of State. The Notice of Change of Principal Office shall set forth:

(a)The name of the corporation; and (b) The current street address with zip code of the corporation's principal office and the former principal office address.
