Text

It shall be unlawful to ride a surfboard within one hundred yards of any fishing pier in Game Zone No. 7 and Georgetown County. Anyone violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or imprisoned for not more than thirty days.
