§ 38-21-200 — Filing of consolidated or individual registration statements by affiliated insurers.

South Carolina·Title 38 INSURANCE·Ch. 21 INSURANCE HOLDING COMPANY REGULATORY ACT
The director or his designee may require or allow two or more affiliated insurers subject to registration to file a consolidated registration statement.
