§ 63-15-556 — Savings clause.

This article does not affect the validity of a temporary court order concerning custodial responsibility during deployment that was entered before the effective date of this article.

This act may be cited as the 'Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act'." "SECTION 4. The Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001, et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of the act, 15 U.S.C.
