HISTORY: 2015 Act No. 61 (H.3156), SECTION 1, eff June 4, 2015. ARTICLE 6 Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act Editor's Note 2024 Act No. 195, SECTIONS 1 and 4, provide as follows: "SECTION 1. This act may be cited as the 'Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act'." "SECTION 4. The Uniform Child Abduction Prevention Act modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signature in Global and National Commerce Act, 15 U.S.C. Section 7001, et seq., but does not modify, limit, or supersede Section 101(c) of the act, 15 U.S.C.
