§ 37-11-130 — Waiver of certain requirements for certain retirement communities.
South Carolina·Title 37 CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE·Ch. 11 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
The department may waive any of the requirements of Section 37-11-30(B) for a continuing care retirement community in operation as of the effective date of this chapter.
