§ 37-11-125 — Enforcement actions.
South Carolina·Title 37 CONSUMER PROTECTION CODE·Ch. 11 LICENSING AND REGULATION OF CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
The department or the Attorney General may file an action in the Administrative Law Court or circuit court to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
