The Commission of Agriculture shall be primarily responsible for the enforcement of Sections 46-1-100 to 46-1-120 and shall enforce all of their provisions, including obtaining injunctive relief where necessary.

HISTORY: 1962 Code SECTION 3-54; 1964 (53) 2405. Editor's Note Section 46-15-21 abolished the State Agricultural Marketing Commission and transferred all powers and duties, etc. to the Department of Agriculture to be exercised by the Commission of Agriculture.
