Text

(A)As used in this section, "qualifying contract" means any agreement for the expenditure of money under which aggregate payments from the funds included in the school district's three-year forecast under section5705.391of the Revised Code will exceed the lesser of the following amounts:
(1)Five hundred thousand dollars;
(2)One per cent of the total revenue to be credited in the current fiscal year to the district's general fund, as specified in the district's most recent certificate of estimated resources certified under section5705.36of the Revised Code.
(B)(1) Notwithstanding section5705.41of the Revised Code, no school district shall adopt any appropriation measure, make any qualifying contract, or increase during any school year any wage or salary schedule unless there is attach
