Text
Whoever violates division (A) of section4752.02of the Revised Code is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense. On the second offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. On each subsequent offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
