Text
(A)The state board of pharmacy shall, in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, suspend or revoke a certificate of registration issued under this chapter if it learns from any source that the accreditation on which the certificate of registration was issued has been revoked or suspended or is otherwise no longer valid.
(B)If the status of the accreditation on which a certificate of registration is issued under this chapter changes for any reason, the holder of the certificate shall notify the board. On receipt of the notice, the board shall take action under division (A) of this section, if appropriate.
