Text
(A)A person seeking to comply with division (A) of section4752.02of the Revised Code shall do either of the following:
(1)Apply for a license issued under this chapter;
(2)Apply for a certificate of registration issued under this chapter on the basis of being accredited by the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations or another national accrediting body recognized by the state board of pharmacy, as specified in rules adopted under section4752.17of the Revised Code.
(B)A person intending to provide home medical equipment services from more than one facility shall apply for a separate license or certificate of registration for each facility.
