Text
A certificate of registration issued under this chapter shall be renewed by the state board of pharmacy if the certificate holder is accredited by the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations or another national accrediting body recognized by the board, as specified in rules adopted under section4752.17of the Revised Code.
An application for renewal of a certificate of registration shall be accompanied by the renewal fee established in rules adopted under section4752.17of the Revised Code. Renewals shall be made in accordance with the standard renewal procedure established under Chapter 4745. of the Revised Code and the renewal procedures established in rules adopted under section4752.17of the Revised Code.
