Text
(A)Except as provided in division (B) of this section, the state board of pharmacy shall issue a certificate of registration to provide home medical equipment services to each applicant who submits a complete application under section4752.11of the Revised Code. For purposes of this division, an application is complete only if the board finds that the applicant holds accreditation from the joint commission on accreditation of healthcare organizations or another national accrediting body recognized by the board, as specified in rules adopted under section4752.17of the Revised Code.
(B)The board shall issue a certificate of registration in accordance with Chapter 4796. of the Revised Code to an applicant if either of the following applies:
