Text
In granting any permit under section4563.12of the Revised Code by the administrative agency or under section4563.16of the Revised Code by the airport zoning board of appeals, such agency may so condition such permit, if they deem such action advisable and reasonable in the circumstances, to require the owner of the structure or object of natural growth in question to permit the political subdivision, owning the airport, at its own expense, to install, operate, and maintain thereon such markers and lights as may be necessary to indicate the presence of an airport hazard.
