§ 1260. Effect of regulations.

(a)The parent of any child and the\nguardian of any ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such\nchild or ward to violate any of the provisions of this article.\n (b) These regulations applicable to horses shall apply whenever a\nhorse is ridden or led upon any highway and upon private roads open to\npublic motor vehicle traffic.\n
