§ 1203-d. Out-of-state vehicles bearing special identification. Motor\nvehicles displaying a special license plate or parking permit issued by\nany other state, district, territory or other governmental entity\nsubject to the laws of the United States, or a foreign country for the\npurpose of granting special parking privileges to people with\ndisabilities shall be accorded the special parking privileges allowed\npursuant to the provisions of sections twelve hundred three-b and twelve\nhundred three-c of this article.\n
