§ 113. Driver. Every person who operates or drives or is in actual\nphysical control of a vehicle. Whenever the terms "chauffeur" or\n"operator" or "chauffeur's license" or "operator's license" are used in\nthis chapter, such terms shall be deemed to mean driver and driver's\nlicense respectively.\n
