§ 1105. Traffic laws apply to persons riding animals or driving\nanimal-drawn vehicles. Every person riding an animal or driving an\nanimal-drawn vehicle upon a roadway shall be granted all of the rights\nand shall be subject to all of the duties applicable to the driver of a\nvehicle by this title, except those provisions of this title which by\ntheir very nature can have no application.\n
