§ 2103. Rules of court.\n The appellate division may adopt, amend and rescind rules for the\ndistrict court not inconsistent with this act, with the CPLR or with the\nstandards and policies adopted by the administrative board. A copy of\nthe rules shall be available at all times in the office of the clerk of\nthe court in each district, and shall be published as directed by the\nadministrative board or, absent the board's direction, by the appellate\ndivision. Three copies of the rules shall be filed with the\nadministrative board.\n
