§ 2101. Definitions.\n The following words used in this act shall have the meaning defined in\nthis section, unless otherwise apparent from the context:\n (a) "Administrative board" means the administrative board of the\njudicial conference of the state.\n (b) "Administrative judge" means the officer designated by the\nappellate division of the department in which the court is located.\n (c) "Appellate division" means the appellate division of the supreme\ncourt in and for the department in which the court is located, or its\ndesignated administrative judge.\n (d) "Clerk" means the chief clerk or any other clerk or non-judicial\nperson, regardless of title, employed by the court and designated to\nperform the function referred to in the particular section.\n (e) "County" means the co
