§ 303 — State appropriation
§ 303. State appropriation. No moneys shall be expended for the state\nshare of any municipal project unless and until the project has been\napproved by the commissioner and unless and until such project shall\nhave been recommended by the governor in a budget bill which specifies\nthe project to be acquired, constructed, reconstructed or improved, the\nestimated project cost, the estimated federal assistance to be received\nand the estimated state and local shares of the project cost to be\nrequired during the state fiscal year for which the appropriation is\nrecommended and shall have been approved by the legislature for such\nstate fiscal year.\n
