§ 265. Completion of unfinished business. Any business or other matter\nundertaken or commenced by the department of public works or the\nsuperintendent of public works pertaining to or connected with the\nfunctions, powers, obligations and duties hereby transferred and\nassigned, and pending on the effective date of this chapter, may be\nconducted and completed by the department of transportation in the same\nmanner and under the same terms and conditions and with the same effect\nas if conducted and completed by the department of public works or the\nsuperintendent of public works.\n
