§ 59-j. Acquisition of land. The United Nations may take by gift,\ngrant or devise, acquire by purchase, but not by condemnation, any land\nnecessary, useful or convenient in carrying on the functions of such\norganization within the state and hold, transmit and dispose of the\nsame.\n
