§ 349. Vacancies among layman trustees. If any layman trustee of an\nincorporated church to which this article is applicable declines to act,\nresigns or dies, or ceases to be a qualified voter at a corporate\nmeeting thereof, or has his trusteeship terminated by any other means,\nhis office shall be vacant; and such vacancy may be filled by the\nremaining trustees until the next annual corporate meeting of such\nchurch; at which meeting the vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired\nterm.\n
