§ 346. Changing number of laymen trustees. An incorporated church to\nwhich this article is applicable may, at its annual corporate meeting\nwhere trustees are elected, by a majority vote of the duly qualified\nvoters at such meeting, change the number of its trustees by adding more\ntrustees, one-third of which shall be elected for three years, one-third\nfor two years and one-third for one year; or by voting to discontinue\nthe offices of certain specified trustees as they expire, one-third of\nsaid offices to be discontinued each year, until the number left is the\nnumber decided upon.
