§ 341. Certificate of incorporation.

1.If the meeting shall decide\nthat such congregation shall become an incorporated church of the\nByelorussian Autocephalic Orthodox Church in America, a certificate of\nincorporation therefor shall be executed and acknowledged by the\narchbishop, or bishop, who is administrator of the Byelorussian\nAutocephalic Orthodox Church in America, the rector of the congregation\nand by the laymen trustees that have been elected, and by the clerk of\nthe corporation, and the said certificate of incorporation shall contain\nthe following:\n (a) The name by which the proposed corporation shall be known;\n (b) The number of laymen trustees thereof; the names and addresses of\nthe persons elected as trustees; and the term of office for which they\nwere respecti
